Qaleh Askar ( Persian: قلعه عسكر) [a] is a village in, and the capital of, Qaleh-ye Asgar Rural District [4] of Lalehzar District, Bardsir County, Kerman province, Iran.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 559 in 137 households. [5] The following census in 2011 counted 375 people in 121 households. [6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 786 people in 257 households. [2]
