Pyrgula is a genus of freshwater snail with a gill and an operculum, an aquatic gastropod mollusk in the family Hydrobiidae. [3] [4]

Pyrgula is the type genus of the subfamily Pyrgulinae. [3] Pyrgula annulata is the type species of the genus Pyrgula.
