Probark [ˈprɔbark] ( German: Proberg) [1] [2] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Mrągowo, within Mrągowo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. [3] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Mrągowo and 58 km (36 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
The village had a population of 20 in 2006.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany ( East Prussia). From 1825 it was also known as Alt Proberg after the separation from it of Nowy Probark ( German: Neu Proberg). [4]
Alt Proberg, 1825 entstandener Abb. zu Proberg, Kr. Sensburg, zwischen 1900 und 1907 eingegangen.
