Philpott Central State School opened on 6 August 1913. It closed circa 1948. [3] It was on a 4-acre (1.6 ha) site off Shallcross Road ( 25°35′18″S 151°22′22″E / 25.5883°S 151.3727°E / -25.5883; 151.3727 (Philpott Central State School (former))). [4] [5]
