In 2016, the Perryville Panthers completed an undefeated season in softball to win the state championship. [6] June 7 was made the Perryville High School softball team day in honor of this accomplishment.
Perryville High School's marching band has 10 straight Maryland state 1A Championship titles [7] and many other awards. [8]
Constructed in 1928, the Perryville High School replaced a building depicted in the 1910 photograph attached, printed in the Cecil County history At the Head of the Bay.
