Pepper Island may refer to:

  • Peberholm, artificial island in Denmark
  • Cockspur Island, originally known as Pepper Island
  • Langkawi 6°21′N 99°50′E / 6.350°N 99.833°E / 6.350; 99.833, was once known to British mariners as Pepper Island, a translation of the Achinese Pulau Lada (or Pulo Ladda)
  • Filfla, uninhabited islet 4.5 kilometres (2.8 miles) south of Malta. The name is believed to come from felfel, the Arabic for a black peppercorn.
