Pavlogradsky District ( Russian: Павлогра́дский райо́н) is an administrative [1] and municipal [6] district ( raion), one of the thirty-two in Omsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the south of the oblast. The area of the district is 2,500 square kilometers (970 sq mi). [2] Its administrative center is the urban locality (a work settlement) of Pavlogradka. [1] Population: 20,034 ( 2010 Census); [3] 21,608 ( 2002 Census); [8] 23,037 ( 1989 Soviet census). [9] The population of Pavlogradka accounts for 37.8% of the district's total population. [3]
