Oxossia waltherioides is a subshrub in the genus Oxossia ( Passifloraceae). [1] [2] It is native to the Amazon Rainforest of Roraima, Brazil. [2] [3]
Similar to other members of Oxossia, it has yellow distylous flowers. [2] Morphologically, it's similar to O. schomburgkiana. [4] It can be distinguished from other members of the genera due to its coriaceous ovate-elliptic leaves; unlike O. schomburgkiana, the entire leaf is tomentose. [4]
