Owshendel ( Persian: اوشندل) [a] is a village in, and the capital of, Kuhsar Rural District of the Central District of Hashtrud County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran. [4]
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 891 in 199 households. [5] The following census in 2011 counted 897 people in 255 households. [6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 853 people in 262 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district. [2]
