Owregan ( Persian: اورگان,) [a] is a village in Chenarud-e Jonubi Rural District of Chenarud District, Chadegan County, Isfahan province, Iran, serving as capital of both the district [4] and the rural district. [5]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 848 in 199 households. [6] The following census in 2011 counted 826 people in 236 households. [7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 651 people in 195 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district. [2]
