Nowe Miasto (Polish pronunciation: [ˈnɔvɛ ˈmjastɔ]) is a town in Płońsk County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Nowe Miasto. [1] It lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) east of Płońsk and 55 km (34 mi) north-west of Warsaw.

The town has a population of 2,000. Its name means "new town".
