Norbert Blume (August 30, 1922 – October 5, 2011) was an American politician. He served as a Democratic member of the Kentucky House of Representatives.
Blume was born in Louisville, Kentucky. He attended the University of Louisville and the University of Kentucky. [1] He served in the United States Navy during World War II. [2]
Blume represented the 43rd District in the Kentucky House of Representatives [3] from 1963 to 1978.
Blume died on October 5, 2011, [2] at the age of 89.
