The museum is a branch of the Museum of Coastal Folk Foundation. [1] The museum is located in the Soviet-era Männiku barracks for extended servicemen ( NCOs; Estonian: üleajateenijad, Russian: сверхсрочники), [2] [3] [4] now part of the village of Lõunaküla. [5]
