Production
The film began production in December of 2008. [4] The film was expected to be a comeback for Bhumika Chawla after consecutive flops. [5] The last schedule began on 10 March 2009 was shot in Munnar. [6] The film entered post-production in May 2009. [7] The yellow car used in the film was placed at Gokul Theatre in Visakhapatnam as part of the film's promotions. [8]

Release and reception
The film was initially scheduled to release on 5 June 2024. [10]
A critic from 123telugu wrote that "For the all expectations generated, it ends up as a disappointment, which is all thanks to a very sketchy story". [11] A critic from Indiaglitz wrote that "The director tried to come up with a family entertainer along with a murder mystery and the focus was more on the twists and the suspense points than actually bringing out the content".
