Musunuru is a village in Eluru district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is located in Musunuru mandal of Nuzvid revenue division. [1] Musunuru Nayaka hailing from this village notable commanders of Kakatiya empire.and after fall of Kakateeyas organised a rebellion against conquest of Turks and got the title of Andhra Suratrana,Kapaya Nayudu of this family got titles of Andhra Desadeeswara.and so on.
