Mino-Shirotori Station is a station of the Etsumi-Nan Line, and is 66.1 kilometers from the terminus of the line at Mino-Ōta.
Mino-Shirotori Station has a two opposed ground-level side platforms connected to the station building by a level crossing. The station is staffed.

Mino-Shirotori Station was opened on July 5, 1933. Operations were transferred from the Japan National Railway (JNR) to the Nagaragawa Railway on December 11, 1986. The station was renamed to its present name on October 1, 1996. [1]
