Millburg is an unincorporated community and, as of 2019 [update], a census-designated place [4] [5] in Benton Charter Township near the boundary with Bainbridge Township in Berrien County, Michigan, US. It is situated several miles east of Benton Harbor and just east of the intersection of I-94 and I-196/ US 31. It was the site of the first settlement within the township. [6] Settler Jehiel Enos built a saw mill and a grist mill there in 1834 and helped plat the settlement the following year. [7] [8] Per the 2020 Census, the population was 578. [9]
