Michael B. "Duke" Donnelly ( c. 1952 – October 4, 2017) [1] was an American college football coach. He was the head coach for Muhlenberg College from 1997 until his death in 2017. [2] [3] He also coached for Whitman High School, [4] Albany, East Stroudsburg, [4] RPI, [5] Ithaca, Lafayette, Buffalo, [6] and Columbia. [7] He played college football for Ithaca as a linebacker. [4] [8]
Donnelly also coached track and field for Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Ithaca College. [9] [10]
Donnelly died from Leukemia on October 4, 2017. [11] [12] [13] [14] [15]
