Michael John Callahan [1] (born 1968) [2] is an American lawyer and corporate executive.
Callahan graduated from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service with a degree in international affairs and Arab studies in the late '80s. In 1995, he graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law. [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] [10]
From 1990 to 1992, he was a Freshman Lightweight Crew Coach at Georgetown University and was a corporate legal assistant for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates. [11] From 1995 to 1999, he was an associate with the same law firm. [11] In 1999, he served as Manager for Business Development and later Corporate Counsel for Electronics for Imaging. [11] From 1999 to 2012, he served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Yahoo!.
