Mecistocephalus manokwarius is a species of centipede in the Mecistocephalidae family. It was described in 1944 by American myriapodologist Ralph Vary Chamberlin. [1] [2] This species is brown, has 49 pairs of legs, and can reach 44 mm in length. [1]
The species occurs in New Guinea. The type locality is Manokwari, on the Bird's Head Peninsula of Western New Guinea. [2]
