Markławka [marˈkwafka] (German Marklack) [1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Barciany, within Kętrzyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia. [2] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south of Barciany, 10 km (6 mi) north of Kętrzyn, and 71 km (44 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
