Marc Cayce is an American filmmaker and screenplay writer, recognized for his film "Forbidden Fruits," produced by Foremost Entertainment in collaboration with Vivendi Universal, and released in 2006. Born in Detroit, Michigan, Cayce moved to Los Angeles, California, to attend the University of Southern California's film school. [1]
After graduating from USC, Cayce began his career at MPCA/Orion Pictures as an Office Production Assistant. He progressed to become an independent producer, writing the screenplay "A Chances Taken" for actress Diahann Carroll, which led to a multi-picture soundtrack deal with Warner Brothers Records. [2]
In 1998, Cayce wrote and produced the short film "Nikita Blues" for HBO, later expanding it into a feature-length film released in 2001. [3]
