Manuel Edwin Duarte Velarde (18 October 1929 – 17 July 2023) was a Peruvian agronomist and politician. A member of the Popular Action, he served as Governor of Junín from 2003 to 2006 [1] and was a member of the Congress of the Republic from 1990 to 1992. [2]
Duarte died in Lima on 17 July 2023, at the age of 93. [3]
