Macarostola eugeniella is a moth of the family Gracillariidae. It is known from Madagascar, Mauritius [2] and Réunion. [3]
The larvae feed on Syzygium cumini and Syzygium jambos (Myrtaceae). They mine the leaves of their host plant.
