Los Tigres is an upcoming thriller film directed by Alberto Rodríguez from a screenplay co-written with Rafael Cobos starring Antonio de la Torre and Bárbara Lennie.

Plot

The plot follows siblings Antonio and Estrella, both connected to the sea and in a dire economic plight, the former being a professional diver in industrial environments and the latter a seabed researcher. Their lives take a turn upon the finding of a cocaine stash in the hull of a freighter in the port of Huelva. [1]

The screenplay was written by Alberto Rodríguez alongside his regular co-scribe Rafael Cobos. [4] The film is a Movistar Plus+, Kowalski Films, Feelgood Media, Mazagón Films AIE, and Le Pacte co-production. [3] Principal photography began on 6 May 2024. [5] Shooting locations in the province of Huelva included the CEPSA petrochemical plant, the Port of Huelva, and the Odiel Marshland [ es]. [2] [6] Footage was also shot at the Ciudad de la Luz studio in Alicante. [2]
