Lisbon is the fifth studio album by the New York–based group The Walkmen. [13] It was released on September 14, 2010, in the US. [14] John Congleton produced and engineered the album. [15] The band recorded nearly thirty tracks before settling on the eleven that comprise the album. [16] The album is a tribute to the city of Lisbon in Portugal.
