Lethata anophthalma is a moth of the family Depressariidae. It is found in Brazil ( Paraná, Amazonas), Venezuela, Bolivia, Paraguay, northern Argentina, French Guiana and Guyana. [1]

The larvae feed on Psidium guajava. [2]
