Kabir Hossain ( c. April 14, 1938 – May 3, 2023) was a Bangladesh Nationalist Party politician who served as a Member of Parliament for the Rajshahi-5 constituency. [1]
Hossain lived an extraordinary life in the suburbs of Rajshahi with his wife, son and two daughters.
Hossain was elected to parliament from Rajshahi-5 as a Bangladesh Nationalist Party candidate in 2001. [2]
On May 3, 2023, Hossain, age 85, was pronounced dead at the Rajshahi Medical College Hospital in Rajshahi [3] due to old age. According to a statement made by Mossaddique Hossain Bulbul, BNP's forest and environment affairs secretary, Hossain had been suffering from various old-age complications, including diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure.
