Joyanta Basumatary is an Indian politician and a member of the United People's Party Liberal from Assam. [1] [2] He is an MLA, [3] from the Sidli constituency of Assam legislative assembly since 2021. In 2024, he is running for 2024 Indian general election from the Kokrajhar Lok Sabha constituency [4]
