The son of John Vesey, Archbishop of Tuam, [2] and his second wife Anne Muschamp, he was educated at Trinity College, Dublin [3] and Christ Church, Oxford. [4] Vesey was Rector of Ballinrobe. [5] In 1706 he was appointed Prebendary of Kilmoylan at Tuam Cathedral. [6] Vesey was Archdeacon of Kilfenora from 1714 [7] to 1743. [8]
