Jim Hoffmann (2 October 1962 – 18 January 2024) was a Canadian-born German professional ice hockey player. In his long career he played mostly in the German leagues. In the top German league (first in the 1st Bundesliga, then in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga) he wore the shirt of Kaufbeuren for six seasons, while in the second series those of RSC Bremerhaven, Krefelder EV, again Kaufbeuren, EHC Neuwied and Grefrather EV, with which he ended his career.
