Isabelle Adriana Nogueira Dias (Brazilian Portuguese: [noˈɡejɾɐ]; born 21 December 1992) is a Brazilian dancer and teacher. She became known for being the current cunhã-poranga of Boi Garantido at the Parintins Folklore Festival and for participating in the twenty-fourth season of Big Brother Brasil. [1]
Born in the city of Manaus, capital of the state of Amazonas, Isabelle Adriana Nogueira Dias, came to birth on December 21, 1992. Her mother, Jaqueline Nogueira, had her at the age of 14, and due to the difficulties of a teenage pregnancy and without conditions financial resources to raise a child, her mother decided to give her to a family, but a year later she took her back. [2] [3] She had a lonely childhood, because her mother needed to work and she ended up being alone. At the age of 9, she started working selling clothes with her grandmother at the Grande Circular fair, in the East Zone of Manaus. Isabelle also worked as a leafleter on the streets and as an lan house attendant. She has Indigenous ancestry. [4]
In 2013, she won the Miss Manaus beauty contest. Between 2015 and 2017, Nogueira acted as Queen of Folklore, of Boi Garantido at the Parintins Folklore Festival, a position achieved after winning a competition. [5] [6] During this period, she won the Miss Amazonas Globo contest in 2016. Since 2018, Isabelle has held the position of cunhã-poranga of Garantido. [7] In Manaus, Nogueira also served as cunhã-poranga of Boi Brilhante, cirandeira beautiful of Ciranda Sensação, white indigenous of the Tucanos Tribe of Alto Rio Negro, and cunhã-poranga of Boi Corre Campo from Nova Olinda do Norte. [2] [8] In 2018, Nogueira won the reality show Peladão a Bordo on TV A Crítica, when she won the final with 54.41% of the votes against Juliana Larrat and became the Queen of Peladão. [9] [10]
On January 7, 2024, she was announced as one of the participants who would enter the "annex" group of the twenty-fourth season of the reality show Big Brother Brasil, where she went through a voting stage. [11] [12] On January 8, Nogueira was chosen by the public by 60.22% of the votes to officially enter in the show. [13] [14]
