Heyran Rural District ( Persian: دهستان حيران) [3] is in the Central District of Astara County, Gilan province, Iran. [4] Its capital is the village of Giladeh. [5]

Demographics

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 3,061 in 678 households. [6] There were 2,500 inhabitants in 659 households at the following census of 2011. [7] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 2,718 in 866 households. The most populous of its 24 villages was Moshend, with 518 residents. [2]
