Hasanabad ( Persian: حسن آباد) [a] is a village in, and the capital of, Howmeh-ye Dehgolan Rural District [4] of the Central District of Dehgolan County, Kurdistan province, Iran. The village is populated by Kurds. [5]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 177 in 39 households, when it was in the former Yeylan District of Ghorveh County. [6] The following census in 2011 counted 184 people in 52 households, [7] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Dehgolan County. [8] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 195 people in 58 households. [2]
