Guruguru Eigakan (グルグル映畫館) was a Japanese visual kei rock band formed in 1995 by vocalist and guitarist Amano Tonbimaru. The band suspended their activities in 2012.
Guruguru Eigakan formed some time in 1995, and held their first live performance on November 11 that year at the Nagoya Music Farm. The band's original lineup consisted of Amano on vocals and guitar, Shunsuke on guitar and vocals, Masatoshi on bass and vocals, and Kouji on drums. In the following year, they began releasing demotapes.
Guruguru Eigakan ultimately disbanded on September 22, 2012 after a 2 day live event at Takadanobaba CLUB PHASE. Amano Tonbimaru unfortunately passed away on August 12, 2013 due to health related issues. The remaining members of Guruguru Eigakan held a special revival live for his birthday the year after his death.
