As of 2011 [update] Census of India, Gudivakalanka had a population of 5308. The total population constitute, 2664 males and 2644 females with a sex ratio of 992 females per 1000 males. 648 children are in the age group of 0–6 years with child sex ratio of 1006 girls per 1000 boys.
