In the village of Upper Hrusevec is a Roman archaeological site of "Ad Fines" (local called "Burgenland"). In the Middle Ages, Upper Hrusevec was noble Predij Hruševec, Hruševački ruled by nobles (lat. praedium Hrwssowcz). [3]
