This file is NOT a copyvio it is created wholly by wikipedia editors at the graphics lab based only on naming the districts, it is not "stolen" from anywhere. it is a derivative of a previously existing map with said district additions. Lihaas ( talk) 13:21, 13 May 2011 (UTC) reply
