The map is showing a distribution of protestants as predominant religion that for several countries is not backed up by accurate data, these countries include the Netherlands (catholic areas in the north are shown as protestant, Amsterdam the largest city has more catholics than protestants),Germany (the protestants lost more members lately than the catholic church - this is not reflected in the map), Switzerland (protestants lost relatively more members than catholics - same issue as in Germany and the Netherlands areas still shown as predominant protestant that nowadays are catholic), UK(Liverpool has a near majority of catholics also shown as protestant).
