I know this image doesn't have any notes on being "cleaned up" but I am skeptical that it hasn't..
Can someone verify that this image has not been enhanced or modified? I ask because if it hasn't it is a stellar example of the process/longevity and should be noted.

- According to the history of vehicle registration plates, three-letter codes were used in the period 1932 to 1963, whereas two-letters were used in the years prior to that period. 213.105.6.71 ( talk) 21:32, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
