Hmm - the picture's not crisp, but as I read the signs (and starting with Interstate 95 in Virginia as a guide), that appears to be approaching exits 3/3A from the (north)east (since the signs for 495 indicate it's further, as well as Franconia). Tedickey ( talk) 21:08, 24 June 2008 (UTC) reply
Agreeing that Lincolnia is in Fairfax County - that would be a few miles west and a little north of the position where the picture was made - in Alexandria. Tedickey ( talk) 10:17, 26 June 2008 (UTC) reply
Oh... alright. So what do we do now to change the title? NeonFire ( talk) 15:46, 26 June 2008 (UTC) reply
Something like "I-95 in Northern Virginia" would cover it. I suggest moving the image to the corresponding name, so its relationship to captions is clearer. Tedickey ( talk) 17:33, 26 June 2008 (UTC) reply
How do I change the title? :| NeonFire ( talk) 00:07, 27 June 2008 (UTC) reply
You select the "move" tab for the topic, and specify the new name (and a reason of course). Wikipedia replaces the existing name with a redirect to the new name. At the same time, it tells you how to remove the old name if you want. When I do a move, I check on "What links here", and update links in the pages that point to the old name. Right now, for instance, there are two topics pointing to this image. Tedickey ( talk) 00:30, 27 June 2008 (UTC) reply
By the way, someone updated the summary noting that it's technically I-395 on that stretch, since I-95's been routed on the Beltway for some time. Tedickey ( talk) 20:18, 29 June 2008 (UTC) reply

Any additional comments:
  • I uploaded the picture. I realize now that it is I-395, not I-95 but there's no move tab on the actual page of the file. There's a move tab on this page (File talk:I-95 in Fairfax County Virginia.JPG). NeonFire ( talk) 20:18, 2 February 2009 (UTC) reply
I have moved the image per request and will be moving the talk page. -- Tckma ( talk) 15:34, 3 February 2009 (UTC) reply

This picture is not even located in the County of Fairfax, Virginia. Why is it in this article!?!?! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.143.163.107 ( talk) 17:12, 1 March 2009 (UTC) reply
