Proportion

The flag of Cape Verde has a de facto proportion of 2:3. Why does the SVG render it in a 10:17 proportion??? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.78.194.240 ( talk) 16:55, 23 August 2010 (UTC) reply

I'm wondering the exact same thing... How can there be an .SVG file of a flag with the proportions 10:17, and then a description that says "2:3"? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.108.9.69 ( talk) 09:35, 18 November 2013 (UTC) reply
