Switzerland

... isn't in the EU.

I agree putting it there makes this map look ridiculous. Please change it . Lumos3 ( talk) 22:39, 13 July 2008 (UTC) reply
So what do you suggest instead? Just leaving a hole there? 195.197.240.134 ( talk) 09:07, 20 August 2008 (UTC) reply

Faroe Islands

... aren't in the EU either (yet), yet they are still marked on the map. Mulder1982 ( talk) 23:24, 28 September 2008 (UTC) reply

Misleading title/caption

Doesn't the data represented here exclude agnostics and those who don't regularly attend religious events? That's what I gleaned from the EU article's religion section. Yet the caption says 'those believing in any kind of deity or god'. -- IronMaidenRocks ( talk) 03:46, 4 December 2008 (UTC) reply

Misleading

Whoever made this map, it doesn;t reflect theresults in the poll its claims to use as a source. The oolours don\t match the percentage from the poll. The Czech republic for example had 19% of its population as believers in the poll compared to 10% on the map. I'm deleting this map. 76.68.73.188 ( talk) 02:54, 12 February 2009 (UTC) reply

That's not true. The first color code (0-10%) is not used in the whole map. The second color code (10-20%) id correctly applied to Estonia and the Czech Republic.
Be more careful next time before you remove content from an established article. As you see, things can be clarified on the talk page as well. Tomeasy T C 06:35, 12 February 2009 (UTC) reply

Why only EU?

The report used for this map also includes non-EU nations, specifically Norway, Iceland and Switzerland. It seems pointless to exclude these countries from the map, wouldn't it be better to rename it "European belief in god"? It could then perhaps be supplemented with similar studies for non-EU Eastern European nations as well. Lampman ( talk) 13:52, 15 April 2011 (UTC) reply
