Colour not in Legend

If you look at Nova Scotia (in Canada), it's a purplish (hex: 4d6df3) colour instead of blue (hex: 00b7ef). I would expect it should be blue, but is it a different colour for an intented reason? Jon Sangster ( talk) 19:23, 25 July 2008 (UTC) reply
