The UK should also be coloured in Green as they have had female heads of state and government. It can be said New Zealand, Australia and Canada have Governors as their heads of state, in a sense, which is a political/assigned position and not hereditary. The UK only has the monarch, so their status differs (I don't know if any of those governors were female, but I think NZ had). But I would say it would make more sense to mark the UK (and other countries in similar status) as green as if the role were combined.
