Fellner & Helmer stammt das 1883-1885 errichtete heutige "kroatische Volkstheater Ivan Zajc". Die Figurengruppe "Drama und Musik" im Giebelfeld wurde vom italienischen Bildhauer
Augusto Benvenuti (1839-1899) geschaffen. Im Innenraum sind Darstellungen von
Franz Matsch, Gustav und Ernst
Klimt zu sehen. Das Denkmal vor dem Theater ist dem einheimischen Komponisten Ivan Zajc (1835-1914) gewidmet.
