Summary

Description

I love attending Renaissance Festivals and the MRF is one of the best - friendly people, great costumes, and interesting food. I hit the MRF on the belly dancer themed weekend (on purpose!) and loved it - wow - what an eye popping collection of dancers - my neck is still sore from seeing them in all directions. The other cast members were so cool to shoot, as well as some various faces in the crowd. The only drawback of the Fest was it was so hot and sunny - funny things for an Alaskan dude to complain about but it really created a lot of harsh shadows or else I would have shot about six times more photos!

I took this photo at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival, Shakopee, MN, in September 2012.
