English: Photo taken by TJ aka Teej, in Baxter state Park. An old metal diamond shaped trail marker that was used long ago by the Appachian Trail Conference as a blaze to mark the Appalachian Trail. These metal markers are rare along the AT, and always a treat for the observant hiker who spots one.
