English: Skimmed milk quark, a soft, very moist, unripened cheese. It is available with different fat contents, usually (in the German retail market) the available fat levels are skimmed-milk (less that 10 % fat in the dry matter), 20 and 40 % fat in the dry matter.
Deutsch: Speisequark Magerstufe, ein weicher, sehr wasserhaltiger Frischkäse.
