Summary

Description
English: The archives of Serbia were in comparison with other Balkan states in a terrible state. They were not microfilmed and there was a lot of work to be done before people can have the same ease to access their ancestral data from their own chair over the internet as in the rest of Europe. One of the tasks of the SGS is to inform people about the current state of the archives, how to do research and to inform the people that we need to hasten our efforts to microfilm our cultural heritage before it is lost.

Pozdrav,

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:IMG_0220.jpg.
prilozen Vikipediji.
